We are using 365/Exchange online, and I have half a dozen users that have 2 business landline numbers.

So i have been asked to add these users second numbers in to the 'Business 2' field that is seen in a GAL contact.

Is there anyway to do this without access to an on premise exchange server? via Powershell maybe?

I understand that you want to add a second number to the “Business 2” field and want it to be seen in a GAL contact, is it correct?
This “Business 2” phone number field in Exchange is linked with msExchaShadowTelephoneNumber AD attribute, you can modify it with ADSI Edit.
Currently, it isn’t available in Office 365 to do this.
