Is there a way to specify which folders synch from Outlook365? Would like to limit to only the active Inbox & Active Sent & not synch from all the other folders that have my historical emails going back 10 years....
I understand that you would like to sync the Inbox only from Outlook Web App to Outlook desktop client. Given this situation, please connect the Office 365 mailbox to Outlook using IMAP connection, so that you can select the download folders. To futher explain - I am synching with a new laptop with installed MS Outlook application, with Outlook365 - & only want to only get the active Inbox, etc...& not fill up the hard drive with 10 years worth of emails from the historic folders contained in Outlook365. Only want Outlook 365 to synch back to laptop the current active Inbox, etc..
