Is there a way to increase the attachment size that you can send in Office 365 Exchange? I have a customer running into the limit. The are using the $6/month plan (Cannot remember what the designation is).
Unfortunately the 25MB size limit is a hard limit for Email Message size and cannot be changed. I would suggest looking into using SharePoint online as a way to upload large files and then allow access to the doc library via external users office365evangelist.com/.../external-user-access-to-office-365-sharepoint-online-sites

Thanks for your reply on the forum.
According to the Message and Recipient Limits, help.outlook.com/.../dd630704.aspx
"Message size limit is 25 MB which is the maximum total size of an e-mail message. The total size includes the message header, the message body, and any file attachments.
Note An e-mail client may limit the size of an individual file attachment to a value much less than the message size limit. For example, in Outlook Web App, the maximum individual file attachment size is 10 MB."
Moreover, "You can't modify most of these limits, but you and your users should be aware of them."
Therefore, it would not be possible to increase the attachment size that you could send in Office 365 for both Enterprise version and Small Business version.
Thanks for your understanding.

Why does this differ or is not notated in the Service Description which only speaks to the 25 MB limit?
By the way, removing the article on TechNet isn't a solution. :)
