Hi Microsoft team,
I had an "old" account used during my days in college (a UCF Knights email account) that I used as recently as 2012. Now when I try to log in using that account information I receive the following information...
"You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account)."
Can you point me in the right direction of where I can view my old email account or at least access the previous emails sent from that account? Thanks.
From your description, I would like to know if you are using the same account for both Office 365 and Outlook.com.
If no, please refer to the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. In the upper right corner of Office 365 Portal, sign out of the Office 365 account, then close the browser, clear all the caches in the browser and try it again.
2. Please try to login using http://account.live.com/, then navigate to the mailbox.
If yes, I recommend you contact the Windows Live support to see if the issue can be resolved. You may get a quick response and better support for this issue. Thanks for your understanding.
