We've done a few migrations to BPOS, but not Office 365.  I've been referencing this article on migration: http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/ms.exch.ecp.emailmigrationwizardexchangelearnmore.aspx.  I can't find where to download or find on portal.microsoftonline.com any way to actual migrate a server.  On Step 1, it says go to "Manage My Organization > Users & Groups > E-Mail Migration > New".  I can't find this on the portal.  I've googled Office 365 Migration Tool and can't find anything but third-party tools for money.  Do I use the same BPOS tools or am I SOL on mapping mailboxes from Exchange 2003 and exporting the mailboxes?

  • Hi Matt,

The Office 365 Migration Tool is included in Exchange Control Panel. To run this tool, please perform the following steps:

    For Office 365 Enterprises,
    1. Log in Office 365. Click Admin.
    2. Click Manage under Exchange Online.
    3. Click Users & Groups, click E-Mail Migration.

    For Office 365 Small Business,
    1. Log in Office 365. Click Admin.
    2. Click General settings under Outlook.
    3. Click Users & Groups, click E-Mail Migration.

    Thanks,
