Hello Greg,
With a Professional and Small Business license, your DNS needs to be fully redelegated to Office 365. To do this log into your GoDaddy Account and change your 2 nameservers to ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com and ns2.bdm.microsoftonline.com.
Once this is completed, you should stop receiving NDR's for this reason.
Thank you, Jeff McDonald, O365 Forum Moderator
I am having this same issue on enterprise and my dns is set up properly.
Hello Synth54,
Can you please post the details of one of your NDR's.

With a Professional and Small Business license, your DNS needs to be fully redelegated to Office 365. When I lookup your DNS it is telling me that your nameservers are pointing to ns77.domaincontrol.com and ns78.domaincontrol.com. To do this log into your GoDaddy Account and change your 2 nameservers to ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com and ns2.bdm.microsoftonline.com.
DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate through global DNS.
I also use the domain I purchased from godaddy for another website. I only want to use the domain with office 365 for exchange email and lync. I will use the generic domain for sharepoint. Another tech advised me to leave my nameservers at godaddy since I host a website with the domain already. I can send email to most addresses but I encountered a problem. The other tech told me it could take a while for changes to go through the internet.
In this situation, what you will need to do is to get the CNAME information from GoDaddy for your site. Once you have that information, you set up custom DNS records in your Microsoft Online Portal that point back to your website at GoDaddy. That is how you fully redelegate your nameservers, but keep your website up and running.
Hi, we are having the same issue with emails rejected. Our website is hosted on godaddy (brickpave.com) and we use Office365 for exchange/Lync/SharePoint. Could I get some more information on how to get the CNAME info we need and how to set up custom DNS records in our Portal? Thank you for your help!
