Sharing a calander 4 ways... - Email and calendar - Office 365

I'm wanting to share a calanerd 4 ways, A-I owne my own domain on MO 365, B-coworker is a user on another MO 365 domain (can have the admin make any nessary changes), C-has his own on site SBS 2008 server, D-uses outlook with an MSN account.

We work on the same event's mounthly, i want to be able to share a calendar that we can all see and edit in Outlook, is this possable?
