Cannot Verify email account on iPhone 4s - Email and calendar - Office 365

Hello all,

I have a strange situation that I would love some help with.

I have a client who's exchange account I cannot set up on his iPhone4S, I keep getting the error "Cannot Verify Account" I have followed the steps as set out by MS multiple times with no success. Here is where it gets very strange I tested his account setup on my iPhone 4 and it loaded perfectly fine???? Could this be an issue with the 4S? although I doubt it because I set it up on other users with their iphone4s with no issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
