Sorry for not making this clear - I am searching for this feature in Office 365 online.
Before I transferred from Hotmail (with Outlook Connector) it was builtin (in Hotmail online) and I was told (from Microsoft presale support) that I would have much greater flexibility in Office 365 in terms of control with unwanted email. Until now it looks like I have been "smooked"......
During the day I use my iPad to look for new email - so no Outlook here
In the evening though I use a full Outlook 2010 - but only while not travelling - there I use Outlook Web App - I have approx 120 travelling days a year.
The killer app in Office 365 is that it is online - local apps and their capabilities are so much "old school"
