Hi.
I have several domains hanging under my company.
Is there any way I can limit users from domain1.com from seing contacts from domain2.com ?
Regards
Tommy Rasmussen
Hi Tommy,
I understand you prefer to limit the GAL (Global Address List) viewing for your users with different domains.
This target can’t be achieved in Exchange Online. However, we can hide an user entirely from the GAL. Or we can use multiple Office 365 tenants, so that our domain users can’t be seen by each other.
To hide users entirely in GAL: 1, Connect PowerShell to Exchange Online. 2, Run the following command: Get-Mailbox Alias | Set-Mailbox -HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled $True Change Alias to your user's information.
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
