How do I edit my website after uploading DNS from GoDaddy?
I have created my website, bought the domain, uploaded DNS, and made my website live. However, after looking at it I would like to make some tweeks and changes. How do I navigate Microsoft 365 to make those changes easily?

Re: im in my manage my domain need help making an mx record
Hi rob, First, I’d like to clarify that you should add and verify the custom domain in Office 365 before you create and change the DNS records for Office 365. For details, please refer to the following article: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-suite-help/verify-your-domain...

Why can't I get into my own website to change some posted dates????
Everything but the most obvious piece of information is given meticulously. I need to get into my website to edit a page. Once I establish the domain name, no other option to sign-in appears. Sounds simple enough but now I'm running out of time. Why is this so difficult? What more can you possibly...

How do I change the URL of the initial domain I used when signing up for service?
The name of the company has changed and the URL that was initially created when signing up for O365 is now 'wrong' but in the Domains section of the admin console it is the one entry that cannot be removed. How can I delete or at least change this entry?

The account is registered with BT myoffice. Is that why I am getting the error message kefo.co.uk is a subdomain of a domain that was already added and verified by another customer, so you can't add it to your account.
When trying to confirm the account ownership it says the account is verified by another customer. Is the BT Connect system running on the same system? Do I need to unregister in BT Connect?

AHHHH There are some things that are very poorly written and or explained in the world of office 365. I feel this product is so far advanced and beyond its own capabilities that the proper documentation just hasn't been established as of yet. Perhaps MSFT could do a wiki or have people in charge...
