My Paypal button is working allright so I know it can be done...post your domain here and some us will take a look maybe we can help.

@Joanne- If you feel comfortable, linking the site for others to test would be helpful as Derrick mentioned. If you have recently switched domains, you may want to wait 24 hours to ensure that is not affecting the links. Otherwise, it may be a setting that was set when placing the button. Below I have included a help article for the gadget if it can be helpful.

Thank you for trying to help me. this is the method I used originally. I have just tried again following your step by step guide very carefully. All was going well up to point 9. There was no longer a Paypal dialog box. I have tried pasting the code into the HTML dialog box but this doesn't work either. any further ideas?
Can Microsoft please help with this issue?

Some regions do not have the Paypal module in More Gadgets. To check your Locale, go to the Team Site and access Site Actions followed by Site Settings. Look for the 'Regional settings' as the first link under the Site Administration heading. Verify this is set to 'English (United States)'.
HELP. The Paypal button has magically re-appeared today. Carried out the instruction as per your previous help but it still doesn't work!!!! Really fed up with 365. Been a nightmare to set up and its still not over. PLEASE HELP ME
They just don't fix anything around here! You know why, because they don't care about us as a customer. We are not the customers they are looking for.
About the PayPal module - take a look at this: Where is my PayPal
As mentioned previously, not all regions have the PayPal module so modifying the regional settings will be the cause of the control appearing.
When you describe the control as 'doesn't work' can you please provide more detail? What is happening when you click the control? Is there an error? Does nothing happen? What browser are you using and does this happen in a seperate one or another computer? Can you provide a screenshot of the problem as to narrow it down?
Please provide more information and test the function as described so that we can better assist. Also, run the 'Set up and configure your Office desktop apps' located at https://portal.microsoftonline.com/download/default.aspx to check for required updates and configure your computer to use Office 365.

To all the website looks as though it has a fully functioning paypal option for buying vouchers. When you select the value you get transfered to a pay which states "PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's website. Please contact the seller directly to resolve this problem." and "RETURN TO NOVY HEALTH & BEAUTY" and "At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Novy Health & Beauty and try another option." This happens on various computers. Customers are ringing me to tell me its not working.

That obviously isn't the case here since she already said she had access to the Paypal gadget at one point.......we still seem to be in denial about the fact that the gadget tools only work intermittently, according to many users. Step 1 would be to acknowledge it's an issue. Then gather some facts to forward to engineers who can perhaps do something about it. How many people have to report it's a problem before that happens I wonder?
Joanne-Paypal code does work in the html gadget. In fact it's recommended as the PP gadget doesn't pass options to PP (another unaddressed problem!). So my guess is there's something wrong with your code.
Thank you for your help. I'm not very good on computers so am really struggling. Not sure how to check paypal code as they generate it. Reaaly, really fed up with this website and the lack of any constructive help from Microsoft.

Please can someone help???
It may have something to do with the £ symbol. Can you check and make sure your 365 account is a UK account? Paypal is fussy about currency symbols used and will reject requests if there's a discrepancy. Log into 365 and click "my profile" in the top right corner.
Another issue might be if you have ipn turned on and you haven't updated your Paypal account to the 365 site urls which are different.
