Learn more about Office 365
Hi,
My 90 day trial of Office 365 expired today and my website disappeared. I subscribed for the monthly charge but the site did not reappear. When I look at the domains section of 365 it shows that my domain premarriagecourse.org is there and that it is verified. My sharepoint website is showing as http://www.premarriagecourse.org/
When I signed up for the trial I transfered my domain to Melborne IT and it has been working fine for the last 90 days.
The status of the other domain on the list premariagecourse.onmicrosoft.com is showing as 'active'. Does this have any significance?
Can any one please help me - I am desparate.
Regards
Gerald van de Poll
Gerald,
What did you do. That premarriagecourse.org is no longer verified and the DNS server records are not pointing to Office 365
See: http://who.is/dns/premarriagecourse.org/
If premarriagecourse.org is showing as verified on your Domain Management screen then go to MelbourneIT and reset the Name Server records, see Area/Step 30 at http://www.builditon365.com/Pages/MoveOLSBdnTo365.aspx
If that doesn't work, you may have to remove the domain name and set it up again:
Remove the Domain Name at O365 and start over again
Remove the custom domain on Domains page. (Admin >> Management > Domains) Re-run the adding domain wizard and closely follow the steps starting with Area/Step 10 (at 5:40 in the Video) at http://www.builditon365.com/Pages/MoveOLSBdnTo365.aspx
Hi Gerald,
Thanks for WebBuilder’s information.
In addition, you can refer to the link below about what different domain statuses stand for:

How is everything going? Do you have any updates about the status of the issue?
