Photo re-sizing

How can I re-size an inserted photo? The first page i Inserted a photo all I had to do was click on the image and drag the resulting handles. This is not possible on any other page where I insert a photo. There is no reaction except a blue selection overlay.

How did you create the pages? If you didn't insert the images from scratch using the tools provided, you may have that problem. If you click an image you can always resize using the "image format" tool in the ribbon.

This usually indicates that you copied the image from someplace and pasted it into your webpage and it is now a link. You need to upload (into your image directory) and insert that image into your webpage.
