When I go to the Team site from the Home page this message shows up in a yellow bar near the top of the page, the Ed Drake1 is a deleted user from our setup phase.
"Status: Checked in but being edited and checked out exclusively to Ed Drake1. "
Thanks for any help,
Ed
Hi Ed,
This is Justin with Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Support. Thanks for coming to the community with your question.
It would seem if the message is showing up on the Team Site root page, that it was edited at one point and not checked back in.
To resolve, access the Team Site offending page and click the 'Page' tab at the top of the site. Then, click 'Library Settings' on the right hand side. Under the heading Permissions and Management, click the last link called 'Manage files which have no checked in version'. Here, we can take ownership of the page to remove the checked out version from the old user. Let us know if you have further questions or mark the thread as answered so that others can benefit.
Thanks and Regards,
Justin Ronan Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Support
