It has took me five years to build my google ranking up, most of my keywords were top of the organic ranking. Now I am left with broken links where people have blogged about my products. I am not even on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd pages on some keywords. I have gone from receiving 20-30 orders a day to nothing. People cannot find me. You have completely ruined my business. Not only did it take me nearly 3 weeks to redo over 100 pages and upload 1500 images with no help or aid. You have completely spoilt everything I have worked for.
How are you going to help me. Surely you have some obligations to help me?
Who, where can I contact to speak to, surely you cannot ruin business like this?

Trial and error, you must know your top keywords? place the lowest bid possible on those keywords that would gurantee you on the first page.
Oh Boy, can't wait for that one...maybe MSFT subtracts months dependant on complaints.
I guess I'll be next!
Let's see, Add 6 months to month 4 you get 10 or October....
I have a idea that MSFT can't figure anyway...I'm sure they didn't expect so much dissent.
I hope you get an explanation today from a Moderator.

In mine it says office professional plus £10 per month but I don't want that. How do I cancel it.
I just need the office 365 P1 with one user for my website and outlook.
Yes but have I got to pay £14 per month. I dont need the office pro plus.
If you're paying for it, see if there's an option to cancel it or call billing support or go here to cancel the subscription:

Mine says it expires on the 1st August which would make it the 1st of Feb I started the trial but I didn't it was mid April. Support have got back to me and told me I need to contact OSLB but they have no contact information. Is this a joke or what? Does anybody have any contact information for OSLB PLEASE!
Tina,
I don't think it was mid April. Your first posting here about your website was:
Where you mentioned that you been working on / created your websites.
There is only 2 trials, a 30 day and for us pass OLSB websites owners a 6 month. You surely didn't get the one month trial. Take a look at what mch suggests, If you got 25 licenses - then you got the 6 month trial.
Oh, OSLB support is not around anymore, so I don't know why support told you to contact them. Didn't they give you an address?
And one more thing, a support moderator is not going to response to these postings. The thread is just too long.
Is there a Place we can find out our sign up date?
So how do we get a moderator's attention? Start over?
I'm game.
D Max,
It is sad that they don't have your sign-up date somewhere on the Admin page.
When you signed-up for the trial you got a Welcome email and that shows the dates.
See: community.office365.com/.../218558.aspx
If you want Support to respond to your posting/questions, you need to start another thread.
Thanks Ken,
Sure enough! I still had the email.
6 months to the date is the expiration date.
Too bad is isn't 6 months from our OLSB Transferred Domain Public Facing Web Site Launch Date, like most of us on this thread only care about. I suppose we did have a new email address starting at the outset. Super! I can't wait till the anniversary party it'll be a heck of a banner!
