I have 8 other users that have the same error with a differing ID code. Exchange: An unknown error has occurred. Refer to correlation ID: 5700f0b1-0e63-400f-960f-579dca09bb98. How do I fix this?

Additional Office 365 Records not found
Exchange Online DNS records are correctly configured but the Additional Office 365 Records (CNAME) cannot be found. I have double checked the DNS settings and everything seems to be fine. Any ideas?

With a Lync Online Plan 2 Account, will I be able to communicate with users outside of my own organization?
I purchased and downloaded the program and was unable to chat or video conference with a user from a different organization that uses Lync. What are the limitations of the program as far as inter-organizational communication?

we have multiple domains, can i add all my "mydomain.onmicrosoft.com" names so users will stop signing up on there own
I keep having users sign up for small business accounts, when we are much larger company. Can I take ownership of the mydomain's.onmicrosoft.com address so this will stop happening.

I have MSDN subscription for single user which will exp in 2015 that is overridden on E3 Trial couple of month back... but getting alter and email message that your trail subscription will be disable in next 5 day. I want all correspondence to go to my current work email, but when I try to change it, it says "don't use your office 365 email address."
Eventually I want to migrate my Exchange account to Office 365, but in the meanwhile, I don't want to receive work emails at my personal address. Help?

Can I use a single smarthost to route outgoing mail for our multiple email domains?

Users are not getting their invites after giving them a license.
I've added a licensed user. I get to the screen where it shows me their temporary password. I select my email address to get a copy of the invite to confirm. Neither the user or I get the invite email with the temporary password. Please assist.
