I have raised a service request and it was closed by the administrator with no explanation nor is my problem solved.
I current have 5 E1 plans and would like to convert 2 of them to P2 Exchange plans. They are of the same pricing. No data migration is required.
My service request on this issue (reference number #) is closed again by the administrator without any action or response.
Why is this happening??
You can reopen the Service Request in Microsoft Online Portal.
Base on the trace of your Service Request, the support engineer tried to make contact with you through phone call and email, but failed. Please ensure the contact information is correct.
