Dear Staff, I configured the Lync Online settings to provide external connectivity to the domain.
Unfortunately, it is still disconnected from external domains and I can't let the company communicate to other O365 organizations. Can you help me?

I understand you prefer to communicate with external organization through Lync Online.

Then, you can refer to this article to enable federation of the on-premise Lync server. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg182586.aspx
