I agree with Mch. You can try to delete and create a new TXT record without a dot at the end of the value.

I can see that you haven't moved your domain name to Office 365 yet.
I would like to recommend that you remove the domain name and start again.
Remove the custom domain on Domains page.
(Admin >> Management >
the "Adding Domain" wizard and closely follow the steps starting with
Area/Step 10 (at 5:40 in the Video) at http://www.builditon365.com/Pages/MoveOLSBdnTo365.aspx
Thanks for all the input I have finally reached MSN 365 support and they have escalated my issue as I have a restricted word in my domain name yes windows is restricted even though I have had the name on Office live for 4 to 5 yrs. go figure.. hopefully the powers to be will approve it since all my adds point to this name
