followed all the steps required transfer from OfficeLive Small Business to 365, am paid up with their recomended hosts Melbourne IT, and for 48 hours our charitable kids club website was live albeit with a new www address....  now the website has gone completely.

Our email system works and seems Ok,  but we have no kids website, no access to find it again, and no responses from Melbourne IT for 2 days.

Any clues?

    Hi brentwood,

    Have you changed the website address? If not, please perform the following steps:

    a. Log in Office 365, click Admin. 
    b. Click Domains on the left panel.
    c. There is a sentence that begins with "Your SharePoint website address is...".  Click Change Address.
    d. Select the custom domain from the drop-down and click OK.
    e. Try to access your website to check the result.

    If the website still cannot be accessed, please let me know the website URL for further research.
