I am a Filipino. I am using my Philippines HSBC credit card and it seems this time your payment system cannot accept my card. I do understand that I am connecting to your HK data center because there is not present data center for your Office 365 in the Philippines yet. I checked my credit card but this is not blocked by my credit card company. I receive a periodic notification from Microsoft. I hope you can answer the following queries:
