can some one contact the host and tell me who is eligilble to attend this training. Based on the description below the course says:

But i am very eager to attend the course and i am not very good at domain knowledge and technical aspects, as we are the partner and going to support the office 365 product so we need some technical knowledge too which i am excepting to learn from this training, suppose if i attend the training can i understand and walk with the training?so please let me know whether i can attend the training as soon as possible.
