I'm running a fully patched Windows XP Service Pack 3 workstation with Internet Explorer 8.  All of my Office applications are installed and patched.  When I attempt to run the "Setup and configure your Office desktop apps..." it pops up with a dialog box to Save or run setup_en.exe, but it never downloads it just sits there as demonstrated below.  Any ideas?
