ApplicationImpersonation - Upgrade to latest release?

Hi everyone,

We have an O365 org with EDU A2 plans for faculty/staff and students. I am working on implementing Cisco Unity (8.6) with O365. Currently we're in a hybrid setup with Exchange 2010 SP3 on-premise. All mail is routed through the on-premise servers.

I am trying to give the user account we have on-premise in our local AD the ApplicationImpersonation permission in the O365 org. I can successfully run the PS command for this to happen, but I receive a message that it will not take effect until the user is migrated to the latest release. I assume this is speaking to the transition to the "new" Office 365 based on Exchange 2013.

I have manually migrated this user account (we are about three weeks from the upgrade), and I still receive this message if I try to apply the permissions. Is there anything else I can do, or am I stuck waiting for our complete migration to occur?

We've now had the "upgrade" and I cannot find any way to edit my existing website. I don't want to start creating a new website as the 365 one is so recent. I did work out that I could download to Word but as formatting etc is not the same it is less than user friendly. I cannot believe that we are in this situation after the hours spent on the 365 transition (which was anything but smooth!).

How long from "beginning within the next 24-48 hours and will be completed within ten days" does the upgrade happen?

After the service-upgrade of office365 there is no delete-button for mailboxes anymore in the Admin center, why not?

Now, I don't know how to delete a mailbox easy.

I've read it is possible using Powershell, but I cannot work with Powershell, i think it's to complicated, is it the only possibility?

We have an info@... address on our website. I do not want to pay for a full license, but have been told that I can add the address as a proxy address to one of the users instead. How do I do it, since the instructions did not seem to apply to my version of Office 365.
Do I have to do it through Windows PowerShell or can I do it directly in Office 365?

I used 1 of my 4 company domains for the test version of 365. I'll call this the "spare" domain, since it was never in active use. The test is now expired, and the domain is no longer registered for that test account. The named server for the spare domain is back to my old company servers.

All my other domains are now on a new office 365 account. I cannot get the "spare" domain to validate though.
I still wish to add the "spare" domain to my 365 account.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

HI all,

I would like to enable the relay . I used to do this with our exchange server in this following way. How do I do it with office 365.

Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager,In Exchange System Manager, expand the following object: Administration Groups > First Administration Group > Servers > [Your Exchange Server Name]> Protocols > SMTP
Right-click the SMTP Virtual Server where you want to enable mail relay, and then click Properties.
Click the Access tab, and then click Relay.
By default, open relay is blocked.

To permit the TASS.web server, click Add. In the Computer dialog box, click the appropriate selection for the computer you want to relay through the server. Then, enter the IP address of the TASS.web server.

In the Relay Restrictions dialog box, click OK.
Click Apply, and then click OK in the Default SMTP Virtual Server Properties dialog box.
