I have four user accounts that are unable to login to Outlook, by autodiscover, manually configure Outlook anywhere, pop, or imap. I’ve had a ticket open since July 21, the day account were created. After over 15 hours on support, doing the same thing over and over, my case has been escalated to level 2, and the accounts still don't work! Now when I call support, they say there is nothing they can do.

 

Microsoft has admitted the problem is on their side, but they have not fixed it.  Either they don’t value my company as a customer, or they know it’s too difficult to move away because they don’t provide the New-MailboxExportRequest to dump mailboxes to PST.  Furthermore why do I have to call billing to delete license that are not in use? The last thing I want to do is sit on hold for 20 minutes.  Lastly why is the default font size in OWA 8?

 

There is NO way I will ever recommend a Microsoft Cloud product.

 

I just hope someone thinking about joining Office 365 read this.
