Could you please advice how I can create a form (membership form, payment form via paypal as well as registration forms) in office 365.

This is Justin with Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Support.  Thanks for posting your question.

The Contact Us gadget available out of box in the web editor will gather Name, Email, Phone, and a personal message and send this to the email setup when inserting the gadget.  However, this form is not customizable so to create one you will need to use third party tools.  This will be outside our scope of support.  There are a few user links on the forum about how to create these however.  Below I have included some examples.
