I understand you prefer to monitor all the mails.

You can enable Journaling to record all communications. You can follow the steps below to enable it.

1.Log into Microsoft Online Portal using Administrator. If you are using Plan for small business, you can click Setting under Outlook. If you are using Plan for Enterprise, you can click Options under Exchange.

2.On the Mail Control tab, select Journaling and create a new rule.
