can we save one copy of all the user mails into one admin account.
Scenario : my customer want to have one copy of each mail send by using office 365 from his organization into one of the admin account created. so that he can have watch on the outgoing mails due to some security reasons.
If it is possible then please suggest me the steps.
Which Office 365 plan is your customer using, such as Office 365 for Enterprise (Plan E) or for Small Business (Plan P1)?
If he is using Office 365 Plan E (include Exchange Online Plan 1 and 2), you can use Transport rule to achieve this goal. In Office 365 Plan E, you can create a transport rule to BCC all emails sent from the mailboxes inside the organization.
Moreover, if he is using Office 365 Plan P1, as far as I know, it cannot be achieved currently.
