1. Are you trying to verify your own domain in Office 365?

2. Are you using Office 365 Small business version or Office 365 Enterprise version?

3. What is your domain registrar?

4. Have you tried to perform the steps in the links below to verify your domain in Office 365?

For Office 365 Small Business version:

For Office 365 Enterprise version:

5. What do you mean about "not able to manage the DNS"?

6. When you select your domain from domains list and click "click to verify domain", will you be able to check the instructions as in the picture below?
