Hello, I am unable to reply to certain threads that are posted in the community forums.  For example:

http://community.office365.com/enus/office365/f/94/p/468/1202.aspx#1202

I just don't see the reply button.  On other posts, I do see a reply button available.  I can't seem to figure out why some allow replies and other's don't.  I suppose the people asking the questions could mark them as Locked, but in some cases people from Microsoft have replied so I don't think that is it.  Has anyone else seen this behavior?

I had not seen that before, but I also do not have the option to reply to either of the posts you listed.

I believe there is an option when posting to allow only moderators to reply.
