My domain has been verified for a week. Why isn't it active yet?
After a lot of messing about, I managed to get my domain name verified last week but it still isn't active which means my website has been offline for a week. What do I have to do to get it active? Have I got to do something in the DNS management? If so, what? Microsoft's instructions...

Did I lose my website?
I built a custom website in OLSB for a client and Sunday when I was transitioning the website I realized too late I could not upload the back up I had made to Office 365. For now can I redirect the name servers back to Office Live so I can copy and paste it to 365 or is it gone?
