Sharing Folders

This question is answered This question is answered
I am trying to emulate our Folder's sharing configuration. Let's say I have three directories A, B, C and sub directories into them A1, B1, C1. By other hand I have 2 users: Mary, Sean and Agnes. I would like to be able to create groups and assing privileges to the folders. Mary and Anges belong to Group1 and they have full control on A1 and C directories and Sean cannot even see those directories. Also, I want to have specific space or folder per user that no one is able to see. Is this possible?
