  • The version of Office Professional Plus 2010 that is available from Office 365 cannot be used under Remote Desktop Services or Citrix as it uses the retail licencing engine - which does not work in a TS environment.

If you want to run Office Professional Plus 2010 under TS/Citrix - then you will need to purchase it as a standalone product from your IT reseller under a Volume Licence agreement

  • Loryan,

Do you happen to know if there is a subsidised cost for this?

For instance, if we want to use E3, we cannot use the Office Professional Plus license on TS/Citrix, but the cost is still the same, for not a fully functional enterprise product.

Additionally, I presume you mean the OVS license?

    Thanks,

    G.
