Answered (Verified) This question is answered

I do not have an option to print my email messages from Outlook WEB.

Does anyone know what I should do to find the option to print a message.

The Help docs state that there is an icon in the toolbar, but I do not see the toolbar nor icon!

  • Hello

Print option in not available using the 'main' OWA windows (ie preview)

You have to open your mail and then you will see the print icon

  • When you open an OWA message, you don't see a little print icon in the top toolbar?

  • Greetngs, I have the same issue as marek_at_pyza.  I clicked on the message and it shows in the reading pane, but I have no print icon in the toolbar.

  • Please cancel my previous message, It just clicked for me the difference between previewing and opening the message.  And I change my answer to say that this post was helpful.

    Thank you.
