    Thanks for your reply.
    I have checked the domain of both sides (gpadrao.com.br and alfanet.com.br).
    The MX records of them don’t point to outlook.com.
    Before moving on, I’d like to confirm that have you verified your customer domain at office 365.
    If you are small business user, please point your name server to Office 365 after your verification.
    If you are enterprise user, please manually add the DNS record at your domain register.
