Hi,

I do not know how to recall a sent message as under "Action" menu, there is no "Recall and delete unread message button" for me to click at as in Outlook 2010 at the desktop PC.

Appreciate someone could assist me on this.

Thanks

Low

  • Hi Low,

You should open the emails first, then you will see the Action button in the ribbon.

  • Hi Vivian,

The Outlook 365 Web Mail does not have the ribbon. It only has an Action Button without the Recall and delete unread message option.

  • Hi Low,

I have done a test from my side in Outlook Web App, and here are the all options under Actions. There are no Recall and Unread message options.

If you want to use the feature, I suggest you use Outlook desktop client.

As to the feature you discussed here, you can also submit your feedback for the further improving of our products. Please submit your feedback here
