When trying to go to OWA on an IE10 instance in Windows 8, I am getting a blank page.

The page redirects a few times and lands on an empty page, with this address (XXXing some stuff that may be personal)

https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=2&ct=XXXXXXX&rver=6.1.6206.0&wp=MBI_KEY&wreply=https:%2F%2Fch1XXXXXX.outlook.com:443%2Fowa%2F%3Fexsvurl%3D1%26ll-cc%3Den-US%26realm%3Doffice365.com%26wa%3Dwsignin1.0&id=260563&whr=office365.com&CBCXT=out

Any idea what might be causing this?

  • Windows 8 is not offical release. Are you using preview version.

You can try in IE 9 in windows 7.

  • Windows 8 is officially released. It's not released to the public yet, but it is available to anyone with an MSDN, TechNet and many other subscriptions.

Shahar, try clearing your cookies in IE, close IE and then try again. Also, where are you going to access OWA? Are you going to office365.com and clicking sign in? Are you trying to go to outlook.com and sign in?

  • Hi All,

    Thanks for your information.

    Hi Shahar,

Currently, the IE 10 on windows8 is a beta version. I suggest you use other web browser.

    Thanks,

  • Jerry, I hate to do this, but please don't reply with incorrect information. IE 10 on Windows 8 is not beta if they are using the RTM version of Windows 8, which is legally available to many people.

Suggesting people use an older version is not a correct answer to resolving problems when it isn't in beta anymore. IE's version even says RTM in the about window.
