Using Outlook.com

This question is answered This question is answered

I have Office365 and I was wondering why can I not access my email using www.outlook.com ?   I have to go into office365.com and then login through that way.

Is there anyway to change this or have the ability to access my email using outlook.com?

Thanks!

  • Hi KTPugzBrand,

I understand you’d like to access Office 365 OWA (Outlook Web App) by using outlook.com.

To access Exchange Online with outlook.com, we can’t directly input outlook.com, but we can use < http://outlook.com/contoso.com> (change Outlook.com to your own domain).

Despite using outlook.com, if you are using a non-federated identity, we can also use http://mail.office365.com/ to access Exchange Online. In addition, we can also customize the Exchange Online login URL.
For more details, you can refer to Configure Sign-In URLs for Outlook Web App.

If anything is unclear, please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Evan Zhang
