Anyone had any issues today receiving email?
A colleague trying to email today received a Non Delivery Report for a previously working fine email address.
Looked on the Service Status page and no indications of any issues.
Any help greatfully received.
To narrow down this issue, please help me collect the following information for further research:
1. Check if other users can send emails to the previously working email address properly.
2. Please provide the detailed Non Delivery Report.
Tried with a BT Internet mail account and the email was received fine. I have also had failed emails from retailers - although of course I am not able to get the NDRs for these.
Have provided the NDR below - please note I have replaced email addresses with xxx and the senders domain with xxxxxx. Don't want to open them up to spam email.

As this particular account can't send emails to this email address and can send emails to others successfully, please try to send an test email to this external recipient with the same content by using another account and see if the issue persists.
In addition, please use the Remote Connnectivity Analyzer to test the outbound SMTP E-mail.
Have your tried the steps provided by Ayarn? Is there any update about this issue?
I am having the same Problem at a customer in Germany also. An external address is sending a mail to O365-Account (sent already before) and received "Message format not accepted. "
Now suddenly it works again.
How was your issues resolved? I am experiencing this exact issue between a customer and the customer's account manager. This issue is damaging our relationship with our customer and could result in loss of business. Any input you could provide would be welcome.
