Hi there

User A is having problems sharing User B’s calendar. Both operating on Windows 7 laptops . User A is able to see some appointments in User B’s calendar but not all of them. It appears that the appointments User B makes cannot be seen.
If User A uses the scheduling assistant she can see the missing appointments showing up there.

Commands I tried to run in Powershell:

PS C:\Windows\system32> Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity User B:\Calendar -User User A

cmdlet Add-MailboxFolderPermission at command pipeline position 1
Supply values for the following parameters:
AccessRights: Reviewer

This error came up:

An existing permission entry was found for user: User A

   + CategoryInfo          : NotSpecified: (0:Int32) [Add-MailboxFolderPermission], UserAlreadyExis...nEntryException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : 7388B843,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.StoreTasks.AddMailboxFolderPermission

and when I tried this:

PS C:\Windows\system32> Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity User B:\Calendar -User User A

RunspaceId   : f540605d-889e-4887-8b57-eed1b127b75d
FolderName   : Calendar
User         : User A

AccessRights : {Reviewer}
Identity     : User A

IsValid      : True

PS C:\Windows\system32> Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity User A:\Calendar -User User B
RunspaceId   : f540605d-889e-4887-8b57-eed1b127b75d
FolderName   : Calendar
User         : User B

AccessRights : {Reviewer}
Identity     : User B
IsValid      : True

Seems they have got reviewer rights. Can someone advise of this please.
