Please bare with me as I'm very bad with computers.
My problem is this. I've moved my website from OLSB to O365 after much stressing and cursing but I haven't been able to receive any emails since I did it.
My email address for my business has always been firstname.lastname@example.org and I always received them via windows live mail and on my android phone.
Since I moved over to 365 I haven't been able to receive any emails via either live mail or my phone.
I did send an email via windows live mail tonight but still don't receive.
This is the message I get if I try to send an email to that address
Delivery has failed to these
recipients or groups:
e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's
e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please
contact your helpdesk.

I have read that article and to be honest I just don't understand it. The longer I spend trying to sort this, the more confused I get. I really wish I could just revert everything back to how it was on OLSB and then pay someone to shift everything over to a different free site, NOT 365.

Fred, thanks for referring the "Keep My OLSB business email accounts". The issues described in the article are exactly the issues I've been having. However, I'd already completed the steps suggested in the article. I'm still not receiving emails to my business email account. Any other suggestions?
