I am trying to share my calendar and I receive a message saying 'Permissions cannot be granted. To share this folder, your default delivery location must be MS exchange'. I have successfully setup the Mail exchange but it doesn't seem to be working in Calendar.
So basically, I need to create an exchange data file - personal folder for Outlook. How do I do this?

I'd like to clarify this issue by asking the following questions:
1. Do you have multiple accounts attached in your Outlook client?
2. Have you checked whether the calendar you want to share disappears in OWA (Outlook Web Client)?
