• Which Browser and Operating system version are you using?
• Have you tried to use a different PC/Network environment?
• Have you run Office 365 Desktop Setup?
• Could you please try to reinstall IE10 browser? To check, whether the issue exists.
In addition, make sure that your operating system and software is up to date. There’s a list of all the minimum software requirements located here, and also you might just need to run Windows Update to install the latest patches and feature updates.
