I have just provisioned a client and when I try to send from their OWA account the emails go right into drafts instead of sending... If I go into drafts the only option is to delete or flag the emails, but I can not get anything to send....
No I have not setup any Outlook clients yet as I am waiting for this to work first....
Also while the MX record change and all DNS changes seem to be completed, no emails are actually going into any of the users mailboxes... I have check the old server and the emails do not seem to be going there anymore either... I have also not recieved any bounce backs, where could there items be getting stuck?
I need to start importing PST files by tomorrow but right now, I can not send or recieve anything.... Please advise ASAP...

I would like to collect some information from you to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Does this issue exist by using the other browsers?
2. Do all of the users in this plan have the same issue?
3. You mentioned that you deleted the affected items. Did you discard the items or delete them directly?
I haven’t heard from you about this issue for several days. How are things going?
