I have a client that does not yet wish to transfer their entire website (and in particular the name server settings) to Office 365.

However, they would very much like to use the Office 365 email capabilities. We have configured the MX record to point to ClientName-ca.mail.eo.outlook.com.  This allows us to correctly send mail to the client email addresses, and mail will indeed show up when we login to Office 365.

Unfortunately, we cannot get desktop Outlook 2013 to connect to Office 365. We followed several pages of instructions found on the office 365 help websites to no avail. I'm hoping somebody here can help us out.

Thank you very much in advance,

Robert
