Office 365 Web site reports and statistics on visitors

  • Where can I find reports and statistics on site visitors in Office 365 or is this feature not offered?
  • Hello SIB7773,

This is Jason Burnside from Microsoft Office365 SharePoint Support.

Thanks for coming to the communities with your concerns about where the reports and statistics are located for Office 365.

To access the Site Web Analytics Reports for the public-facing website, please follow these instructions:

    1. Log into your Microsoft Online Portal
    2. Navigate to your public-facing website
    3. After .com, add “/_layouts/usage.aspx”, click enter
    4. Click on the Site Web Analytics Reports link

Now you may look through any of the reports available by clicking the links in the left side navigation.

For the Team Site, on step number 3 add “/_layouts/usage.aspx” after “/teamsite”.

I will continue to monitor this thread if you have any additional questions.
