  • Hi,

This is Tim with Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Support.

Without posting your domain it will be difficult for me to point your in the correct direction. Normally, if you try to access your domain and it does not go to where you this it is supposed to, that means that your domain is not pointed at Microsoft correctly. Please read through the How To Add new domain to Office 365.

I will continue to monitor this thread if you have additional questions.

    Thanks,

  • Same problem. I copied my old website pages and pasted them under the "website" tab on the opening page. I can view it from there, but not on the web. Is there an additional step to make it "live" ?

  • The website is cmmmotion.com and it shows it's verified.

  • Hi,

@Debbie Vincent. Did you click on the "Save and Publish" button?

@CCM LM. Did you change the website address for your SharePoint site in the "Domains" area of the Administration Portal?

    Thanks,

  • Hi,

Could you please provide me your domain so that I can look at it and find out why it does not display for you?
