DNS Record Not Found in O365

    I have as domain provider Verio. I added the following to the DNS Record.

    I would like to know if its correct . Because i keep getting 

    and its been more than 72hours.



  • In the spec field drop the ".mydomain.com" from the entry.  You only need to have the MS=msxxxxxxx in that field

  • Ok. I will try that and adding the MX Record also. Let you know how everything turns out. Thank You.

  • Hi Ray.

    I figured out the problem. The problem was that Verio was my domain provider but I didn't know that the changes had to be made in my hosting provider. So, I made the changes there and everything went well.
