This is the error I get when trying to attach a pdf or any file:
Based on my test, we could attach pdf file in e-mail. So please help narrow down the issue.
1. Can you attach other files in e-mail? For example: office documents or photos
2. Please try to do it on another computer and to see if the issue occurs again.
3. Did other users experience the issue?

I have the same problem regardless of the file type I attempted to attach. There was not problem under office live. What changed?
Incidentally, What is the help desk and server referred to in the popup window?
I would like to know if the issue occured on other computers? Please try another computer. If it didn't work, then please submit a new thread for the issue. Thanks for understanding.
